Isabella Froio

As a native Italian speaker with experience tutoring middle school students in math, I understand the importance of adapting my teaching to fit each student’s unique learning style. My goal is to create a comfortable and effective learning environment where you can thrive.

First, we will have a conversation to determine the teaching method that suits you best. If you enjoy a more interactive approach, I can engage you with questions and challenges to stimulate your thinking and make the learning process more dynamic. On the other hand, if you prefer a more structured lesson focused on grammar and rules, I can explain these concepts thoroughly, and then we can practice through targeted exercises.

In either case, we will dedicate time to improving your conversational skills. This will not only help reinforce the rules we discuss but also enhance your fluency and confidence when speaking Italian. At the end of every lesson, you will tell me about what you have learnt, and we will talk about what you can improve and what you understood.
Additionally, I can incorporate topics that interest you into our lessons, making the experience more enjoyable and relevant.

My aim is to ensure that you not only understand the language but also feel comfortable using it in real-life situations. Together, we can work towards your language goals and make steady progress in your Italian proficiency.

Learning a language goes beyond just grammar and vocabulary. I incorporate aspects of Italian culture into our lessons, including history, traditions, and current events, which will enrich your understanding and appreciation of the language.

Let’s embark on this language-learning journey together!
