My lessons are friendly, engaging and tailored to your child’s individual needs. With over 20 years’ experience as a primary teacher, I understand that every child learns differently and that confidence is just as important as academic ability.

I provide personalised support in numeracy, maths, reading, writing and spelling, using a mixture of explanation, practical activities, games and focused tasks to keep learning enjoyable and achievable. I identify any gaps in learning and build lessons around these while also recognising and developing your child’s strengths.

My aim is to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and celebrating their progress. Most importantly, I want every child to leave their lesson feeling more confident and proud of what they can achieve.
