I offer coaching sessions in packages of 4, 8 or 12 to help neurodivergent students and adults to:
* gain clarity about the executive function challenges they face because of their diagnosis
* understand the neuroscience behind some of those challenges
* use these insights to find strategies effective for them so they can regulate emotions, manage time, plan ahead, self-advocate, and find calm and control in order to achieve personal and academic goals.

With over 20 years teaching experience as an EAL teacher, I have helped students not just with the skills of language development, but also the socio-emotional barriers to learning as the 'outsider'. I then found myself using these skills with neurodivergent students - including my own two children - and in 2022, i retrained as an executive function coach and now support neurodivergent students and adults to navigate the challenges of their diagnosis and develop skills to achieve their goals.

In coaching sessions, we will:
* use a diagnostic tool to establish your strengths and challenges with executive function (e.g time management, prioritising and planning, task initiation, organisation etc)
* delve into what that looks like in your everyday life
* set goals to work towards developing strategies and habits for success
*collaborate on researching and trying new strategies, course correcting along the way to manage obstacles

Along the way, I will be your inquisitive, curious coach offering astute questions, suggestions and non judgemental accountability to help you develop self awareness, confidence and skills for success.
