I conduct conversational lessons structured around discussions of topical subjects, drawing on current affairs media material such as news articles, podcasts, documentaries, films and music from Spain and Latin America. We will discuss the chosen topic and then move onto a question and answer session, perhaps into a debate or a review to ensure comprehension, adding opinion and critical thinking. The session will feel casual but structured, and my teaching style is friendly and approachable yet professional. I have more than fifteen years of experience speaking Spanish -- a skill I perfected while living and working in Colombia for seven years.
