I am a passionate and enthusiastic History tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine love for the subject. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE History, I understand exactly what is required to succeed at the highest level and how to help students build the skills and confidence needed to reach their goals. I currently continue to study History at a higher level, which has further developed my analytical thinking, essay-writing ability, and deeper understanding of historical themes and interpretations.

I believe History is far more than memorising dates and facts instead it is about understanding people, power, conflict, and the events that have shaped the modern world. My aim as a tutor is to make lessons engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual learning style. Whether a student is struggling with content, wants to improve exam technique, or is aiming for top grades, I adapt sessions to suit their needs and pace.

I can help students with essay structure, source analysis, revision techniques, and mastering GCSE exam questions. Having recently completed GCSEs myself, I also understand the pressures students face and can offer practical advice on revision and time management.
