Every session is built around the EME (Emotions, Mind, Energy) Framework. Together, we identify the "mental loops" or survival-mode triggers that lead to procrastination or overwhelm. You won’t just be listening; we use breathwork, visualisation, and trigger management techniques during our time together so you can feel an immediate shift in your energy.
The Content:
We focus on the root causes of academic pressure, health-related worry, and self-sabotage. Instead of just tracking study habits, we work on shifting your core identity so that confidence and focus become your natural state, rather than something you have to force.
My Experience:
I bring over 15 years of leadership experience alongside specialised certifications in Wellness, Nutrition, and EME Integration. Currently pursuing a BSc in Dietetics and Nutrition, I combine an academic understanding of biology with Positive Psychology to help you build a "Whole Being" approach to your studies and your life.
