My online training sessions are tailored, structured, and engaging. Each lesson begins with a clear warm-up, followed by a personalised mix of strength, cardio, and mobility work depending on your goals. I incorporate evidence-based exercise methods and progressions to keep sessions challenging yet achievable, while also focusing on technique and safety. With my MRes in Clinical Exercise Physiology, BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, and Level 2 & 3 personal training qualifications, I bring both academic expertise and hands-on experience in health, fitness, and rehabilitation. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, and those managing long-term health conditions.

I will provide structured gym and fitness plans for beginners, intermediates looking to gain muscle or lose weight, and for people rehabilitating from injury or illness, as well as those aiming to prevent future issues. My startegy focuses on training you as i would an athlete, to improve their fitness, health, and performance while tailoring each fitness and nutrition plan to you.

My approach goes beyond workouts, I educate clients about lifestyle habits, recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention so they can achieve long-term results, not just short-term progress. I place a strong emphasis on communication and support, giving feedback during and after sessions to help clients build confidence and stay accountable. Whether you’re stepping into fitness for the first time, returning after a setback, or striving to reach new performance levels, I ensure training is motivating, adaptable, and designed to fit around your life.
