My lessons are interactive to encourage engagement and tailored to you and your specific knowledge level and learning style. I pride myself in creating a productive environment for learning where the student does not feel embarrassed to ask the same questions again, does not hesitate to say when they do not know, but feels confident enough to attempt to answer.

In my over 1 year of tutoring experience, previous to joining this platform, I have assisted in unlocking the academic potential and confidence of numerous students, with one student going from a 5 to getting an 8 in their mathematics GCSE. I cannot do the work for students, but I can provide a learning environment where they become more confident and excel in their subject.

To ensure you get the most out of our lessons, preliminary questions and a discussion will be held at the start of our lesson, which will not only gauge your strengths and weaknesses in the subject but will also alleviate the nerves and stress I know firsthand come with getting a new tutor. Then I will tailor future lessons to best benefit your needs, strengthening your known knowledge and filling in gaps where they may exist.

This time is for the student and the student alone. I do not know the personal school experiences of every student I have taught, but I know the stress, anxiety, and wanting to be better. The lessons I teach aim to ensure that the student leaves more confident in both knowledge and ability in their subject, and learning becomes something they are proud to do rather than dread.
