I will host these sessions on Zoom/teams to get to know the student and vice versa. This will help to break the ice whilst maintaining a good relationship with them so that they feel as though you will be approachable throughout the study. After this, I will use the audio instead, and I will share PowerPoints that I have created for students with questions at the end of each section so students can attempt to answer them. If students need help with their science homework, I am happy to help them in every way so that they understand it. I will prepare examination papers for students who will sit their upcoming SATS or GCSEs and give a walkthrough for each of the questions, and if the students have any questions, I will be able to answer them. I have good background knowledge of biology as I currently work in a microbiology laboratory and have completed a degree in biomedical science.
