I am experienced in teaching specifically international students A level biology as part of the UFP and MUFP pathways to get to university. I am very much full of personality and curious to know who my students are rather than what services they need. I believe that in order for learning to be as smooth as possible, trust is the first thing that needs to be conquered and I have achieved this time and time again. I have been nominated several times as Supportive Tutor and Tutor of the Year, contributing because of my genuine commitment in teaching and learning.
My lessons are informal and more student-led, where it is you that controls the dynamic and what you expect from me.
I go through concepts again by a lot of love drawing and I use real-life examples to explain ideas and concepts.
I always to repeat where I am very much thinking about the student's focus and understanding because I care about how your money is spent. I always like to give you time at specific milestones of the lesson to see if you have any queries because it verifies to me how much of my teaching has been effective as well as building on your knowledge.
I then go through questions and answers that are end of topic or past exam questions to ensure you have what it takes to tackle that topic.
When we finally get our tutoring sessions started you will see the amount of time I will be invested in you rather than time and money, how much I want to listen to you than being too quick, and how much I care than only chase after your reviews.
