I began learning languages as a high school student because I noticed that it made me feel better about myself and the world around me. It changed my life for the better. My objective is to make sure that my students feel the same way after every class.

During my undergraduate program, I was trained in foreign language teaching practices. Moreover, based on my experience as a language tutor, I create personalized lesson plans for all my students and adapt my teaching techniques according to their learning styles in order to make learning fun and efficient. I am confident in its success because that's how I learn languages too.

My teaching material includes video clips, songs, stories, books, movie clips, textbooks, fact sheets and flash cards. Class activities will include role plays, creative writing, narration challenges, games, scheduled and pop quizzes and tests. Additional tips and help to learn French efficiently will always be provided for better progression of the student. Classes will never be one-way lectures and student engagement will be at the heart of my lesson planning and will consistently be encouraged in all of my classes.

Furthermore, my classes go beyond language learning. I take my students through a journey of cultural exploration, which makes learning a foreign language a more personal journey. Speaking from experience, it certainly makes all the labor taste sweeter!

Homework will be assigned after every class irrespective of the student's age. This is done in order to ensure the student's consistency in the learning process. However, the good news is that the homework will be fun more often that not!
