Let me share my teaching style and experience. I strongly believe in practice, so my lessons focus on giving proper time to all four skills: listening, speaking,reading and writing. As we know, practice makes a person perfect.
Firstly, in our English language learning journey,we begin with listening. Students listen to audio materials and try to understand what the speaker wants to convey.
Next is reading, where we read paragraphs and books to understand sentence structure and learn new vocabulary.
Then comes writing, in which students write on given topics to improve their expression and accuracy.
Last but not least is speaking. In this part, I teach students how to speak confidently, and we practice speaking English with each other during the lesson.
I believe a strong foundation is very important, so I also teach English grammar. However, the four skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—are mandatory in every lesson.
I have worked as a primary school teacher, teaching English to young learners. I focused on developing basic language skills through practice-based and interactive activities such as listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
