My lessons are personalised and structured around the student’s own school notes, textbooks and learning materials. Before each lesson, I will ask the student to provide any relevant materials so that I can review them in advance, identify the key areas to focus on and prepare the lesson accordingly.

Depending on the student’s preferred learning style, I will create clear and engaging slides, notes or other resources to help explain the content. During the lesson, I will go through the topic in detail, explain difficult concepts in a simple way and encourage the student to ask questions throughout.

At the end of each topic, I will use practice questions or a short test to check the student’s understanding and identify any areas that may need further revision. This will also help students become more confident in answering different types of GCSE exam questions and prepare them effectively for their exams.

I am also a very relaxed, approachable and accommodating tutor. I understand that students may have changing schedules due to school, exams, extracurricular activities or other commitments, so I am happy to be flexible with lesson times whenever possible. I want students to feel comfortable communicating with me about any changes they may need to make. My priority is to create a positive and stress-free learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
