- My lessons are very engaging and tailored to each student's needs. I like to break down complex theories into simple, easy-to-understand explanations and make sure every lesson feels productive and enjoyable. Since sociology is an essay based subject, I like to focus on essay writing, exam technique, and understanding key topics in depth.
- I also use past paper questions and model answers to help students see exactly what examiners are looking for. Having achieved almost full marks myself, I know how to make Sociology feel clear and manageable!
- Furthermore, sociology can require a lot of extra reading and general knowledge about the outside world beyond the classroom, and I can help bridge that gap, by providing extra reading, recommending books and news articles that can help boost students grades making their essays stand out.
- Being a student myself currently in my second year of law school, I can also help with revision techniques suited specifically for Sociology a-level these can include essay planning, active recall and memorisation skills which are all needed for the subject.
- Every student will need help on different aspects of Sociology, and I am able to tailor lessons to the topics that they will need most support on, these can include essays as well, which I can mark and grade!
