I have achieved A*A* in A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics and I am now studying BSc Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh. I have 2 years of tutoring experience, from ages of 4-16 and GCSEs, including one to one and groups.

We will cover one topic from your exam specification in one or more lessons. Some topics might take longer than one lesson, depending on their difficulty. If you feel like you want an extra lesson on a topic, feel free to share that with me and we can make that happen! I am very flexible in terms of that.

Lesson structure:
1. I will explain what we will cover in the lesson and the core concepts behind the topic.
2. I will show you an easy example and solve it for you, so you can have an idea of what to do.
3. I will give you a few similar examples that you can work through individually for a few minutes. You can of course ask for help if you are stuck, or ask for extra time if you need it!
4. I will then show you a slightly more challenging problem. We will tackle it together. This problem will likely be a previous exam paper question. This is where I will explain the general method of how to solve this type of question in the exam.
5. I will give you some more exam paper questions similar to that, and you can give it a try on your own first. We will then go through the questions together and then mark them.

-Step by step methods to some problems that you can reproduce in exams
-Help with Cheat Sheets: I can help you by giving you the content you need to put on your cheat sheet, but not make it for you. Making it yourself is one of the best revision techniques.
-Exam Past Papers: Putting everything into practice before exams. We will go through them together and mark them.
-Exams Tips & Tricks: I will share with you the best exam strategies.
-Decision Trees: These will help you decide how to quickly approach a problem based on the assumptions given in the question (this will become easier as we practice).
-Homework that you are unsure how to solve? I can help with that too!
