I have been teaching English since 2013, working with learners of different ages, backgrounds and language levels in international schools, UK schools and online learning environments. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed a student-centred approach that focuses on building confidence, improving communication skills and making learning enjoyable and effective.
My lessons are highly interactive, engaging and tailored to each student’s individual needs, abilities and learning goals. I believe that students learn most effectively when they actively participate in lessons rather than simply listening to the teacher. Therefore, I place a strong emphasis on speaking practice, encouraging students to express themselves, ask questions, share ideas and use English in real-life situations.
I aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, as I believe mistakes are an essential part of the learning process. I am patient, approachable and encouraging, and I adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
My lessons incorporate practical activities, discussions, role-plays, games and real-life scenarios to keep students motivated and involved. I focus particularly on developing students’ speaking fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation and confidence in using English naturally.
Having taught children, teenagers and adults, I understand the importance of flexibility, clear communication and building positive relationships with learners. I take the time to identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable learning objectives.
Ultimately, my goal is to help every student become a more confident, independent and effective communicator. I want my students not only to improve their English but also to enjoy the learning process and feel proud of their progress.
