My classes may include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), mobility exercises, flexibility training, meditation, relaxation practices, and functional strength work when appropriate. I specialize in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, and holistic wellness practices that help students develop both physical and mental balance.
I have experience working with clients of different ages and fitness levels, including individuals looking to improve posture, reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength, manage weight, and establish a healthier lifestyle. My lessons are structured, progressive, and focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes.
