I won’t just tell you what to do - I’ll guide you through focused conversations, questions and practical tools that help you understand how you think, what’s holding you back, and how to move forward in a way that actually works for you. This might include overcoming procrastination, managing overwhelm, improving focus, building motivation or developing study habits that feel realistic and sustainable.

We might work on things like procrastination, low motivation, feeling overwhelmed, struggling to focus, or just not feeling very confident in yourself. If you’ve ever thought “I know what I should be doing, I’m just not doing it” - you’re definitely not the only one. A big part of what we do is rebuilding that trust in yourself so you can actually follow through, without it feeling like a constant battle.
Every session is tailored to you, so we go at your pace and focus on what will make the biggest difference. You’ll leave with simple, realistic steps you can actually stick to - not a long list of things you’ll forget about the next day.
Before retraining as a coach, I spent 13 years as a teacher, so I really understand the pressure that comes with school, exams and expectations. I’m now an ICF-certified coach specialising in mindset, confidence and empowerment.
I also offer private coaching and group sessions for organisations, supporting students and teams with confidence, focus and performance in a practical and engaging way.
