My lessons are calm, supportive, and tailored to each individual, creating a safe space where students can learn, relax, and develop at their own pace. I combine structured guidance with a flexible, intuitive approach so sessions feel both purposeful and comfortable.

A typical lesson may include a short grounding or mindfulness exercise, followed by guided teaching, demonstration of techniques, and practical application. Depending on the focus, this may involve mindfulness coaching, relaxation practices, mandala creation, or lavender-based therapeutic techniques. I also incorporate life coaching and couples coaching, using a dynamic, interactive approach in joint sessions to help partners find common ground, improve understanding, and strengthen communication.

My work includes mindful and controlled breathing techniques, grounding strategies, and practical tools designed to help clients manage stress, build resilience, and create lasting behavioural change. I focus on helping individuals develop emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, and sustainable personal growth.

I bring strong interpersonal communication and client-focused skills to every session, ensuring that each person feels heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is adaptable, recognising that every client has different needs, experiences, and learning styles.

With a background in holistic wellbeing and leadership roles, including management experience at Sainsbury's, I bring organisation, structure, and strong people skills into my practice. I hold an Accredited Therapist Qualification (LTAT) in Lavender Therapy and continue to develop my expertise in mindfulness and holistic wellbeing approaches.

My teaching style is patient, practical, and encouraging, helping clients not only understand techniques but also confidently apply them in everyday life for long-term wellbeing and resilience.
