I am a certified and accredited teacher by profession. I specialize in guiding students individually or in a group in chemistry, biology, and science. I have over 12 years of teaching experience. My teaching philosophy is anchored on demystifying the misconception that science, and in particular chemistry and biology, are challenging due to the complex concepts they cover.
I apply student-oriented approaches, inquiry-based learning, and interactive hands-on activities; integrate real-life applications; and most importantly, incorporate technology and 21st-century learning designs to deliver and tailor my instructions to achieve intended outcomes and simplify complex scientific concepts.
I proactively ensure my students feel supported and adequately challenged. I tailor and customize instructions and tasks to align with my students' learning needs, interests, abilities, and learning styles.
