I am a Personal and Professional Development Coach currently completing my ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management Coaching. I bring over twenty years of experience working across education, youth justice, the NHS, and third sector organisations — alongside nearly a decade as a company director.
My coaching sessions are structured, reflective, and centred entirely on you. I do not lecture or instruct. Instead I use careful questioning and honest conversation to help you think more clearly about where you are, what is getting in your way, and what you genuinely want to move toward.
I work with university students and adults who are navigating academic pressure, lack of confidence, unclear direction, or significant life transitions. Whether you are struggling to stay motivated, unsure of your next step, or simply know something needs to shift — this is a space where you can think clearly and move forward.
Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. Each session is 60 minutes. I offer a free 30 minute initial conversation so we can establish whether working together is the right fit before any commitment is made.
I am based in Leeds and work with students across the UK.
