I am an ambitious individual, determined to make your child excel in GCSEs! With my background of achieving all grade 9s in the diploma and having took the IB diploma, I have mastered brain retention of information through techniques of active recall and spaced repetition. I personalise my teaching to the student's ability of understanding through identifying weaknesses and delivering interactive lectures with a multitude of past paper questions related to that topic to then follow it up with homework that will consolidate your child's learning to the max. With scientific-backed methods, I ensure your child will leave with a confidence of the subject like never before (and perhaps even a newfound passion?) as I believe it is a teacher's relentless passion for the success of her students and subject that really drives the student to want to improve their performance. I have tutored my sister countless number of times and have also had experience with a girl studying for her GCSEs and two other students for their 11+. I am flexible on the timings and offer an affordable price of £15/hour, which I believe will make my services accessible to all.
