It's very much a dialogue, not just me talking. My favourite question for my students is "What are your thoughts?" so that we can unpack what you know or don't know, where any misconceptions may lie, and what areas need work.
After each session I like to conclude by recapping what we learnt in that session and offering suggestions of exercises that the student can work on to increase their confidence.
