With a background in dance, movement has always been central to my approach for releasing tension in the body. I am a trauma-informed practitioner with seven years of experience working with children. I adopt a person-centred approach in my practice, carefully considering each student’s individual needs and supporting them in achieving their goals while fostering a sense of safety in both body and mind.
