My lessons follow a format inspired by the Oxbridge tutorial style, where the focus is on developing clear thinking rather than simply memorising answers. Students are encouraged to explain their reasoning, ask questions, and actively engage with the material.

Lessons typically include a mixture of:

• working through challenging problems step-by-step
• discussing key concepts to build deep understanding
• practising exam-style questions and strategies
• identifying and addressing gaps in knowledge.

This approach helps students build confidence, independence, and strong analytical skills, which are essential for success in exams and competitive university applications.

With my background in molecular biology research and several years of tutoring experience, I aim to make complex scientific ideas clear, logical, and engaging for each student.
