I have working in education for 26 years. I have a Masters in Special Education and am a qualified specialist teacher for learners with Specific Learning difficulties.
I deliver a multi sensory teaching approach to ensure each individual's specific needs are met. I have an extensive amount of experience working with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, dyslexia, Autism, Tourette, etc.
I like to assess and screen young people and children to identify specific areas of strengths and weaknesses and produce a plan to ensure everyone meets their full potential and end goal.
I teach face to face and online and like to build a rapport to help each individual grow in confidence and trust my teaching skills and ambitions.
I have built a relationship with many schools and colleges, as well and families and external professionals and would be happy to provide references from the people I have been fortunate enough to work with.
I am building up my own clientele having worked as an employee so far in my career.
I am very excited about the new future as an independent tutor and establishing professional relationships with children and young people who are looking for a personalised teaching approach.
