Saibaan Mubasher Rashid

I am a Business Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship graduate from Bayes Business School ( Top 5 in London) with A Levels and IGCSE'S in Business, History and English Literature- all graded A. I also have a Double Cambridge award for my AS Level History results and AS Level Business results, achieving the highest in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia for Business. As a former head student, I am passionate about working with younger students and helping them set ambitious goals and achieve their potential.

I understand not all students learn the same way or have the same expectations. I want to make my lessons interactive and engaging, integrating a variety of different learning techniques from discussions, quizzes, visual learning and practice questions. I want to personalise lessons according to students preferences and the best way they can learn, even if that includes playing games to test their subject knowledge or getting them to engage in practical activities. I also want to help prepare confidently, nail exam technique and exceed expectations.

Outside of academics, I have a keen interest in sports such as football and cricket. I can speak Urdu and understand Punjabi, with a goal to develop my Arabic in the future. I enjoy working in a diverse environment, having lived in Middle East for 8 years and welcome people from different backgrounds. I have begun courses in digital marketing and AI to understand these concepts more and integrate using them into my career.
