Each session is a genuinely open, one-to-one conversation, not a lecture, and not a script. We usually begin by gently checking in on where you are that week: what's shifted, what's still weighing on you, what you want to focus on today. From there, the session takes shape entirely around you.
Sometimes that means working through a specific problem or decision, sometimes it means stepping back to look honestly at longer-term goals and what's been holding you back from them.
I draw on person-centred counselling training, hypnotherapy, and years of experience supporting people through high-pressure situations and behaviour change, so sessions blend psychological insight with practical, usable tools, not just talking, but real strategies you can take away and apply confidently to everyday life. Expect me to ask direct questions, reflect things back honestly, and occasionally challenge you where it's useful, always at a pace that respects where you're starting from.
Sessions typically run online, one-to-one, and build progressively, early sessions focus on understanding your situation clearly, later ones on movement and real, lasting change. I keep a loose structure rather than a rigid syllabus, because what's most useful in week four often isn't what we expected in week one. That flexibility is fully intentional: coaching works best when it responds directly to the real, individual person in front of me, not simply a fixed template.
Whatever you're working through or working towards, my aim is simple, a space where you feel heard, understood, and genuinely helped to move forward.
