My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, level, and learning goals. As a private tutor with experience teaching French and Spanish to both primary and secondary school students, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.

A typical lesson begins with a short recap of previous learning, followed by new content introduced in a clear and structured way. I use a combination of speaking, reading, writing, and listening activities to help students develop all language skills. For younger learners, I incorporate games, visual resources, and interactive activities to keep lessons enjoyable, while for GCSE students I focus on vocabulary, grammar, exam technique, and speaking practice.

I am a native Italian speaker with a degree in Modern Languages, specialising in French and Spanish. Having studied in France and worked in a Spanish-speaking environment, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world language experience to my teaching. My aim is to help students make steady progress, improve their confidence, and enjoy learning languages.

Additionally, I regularly adapt my teaching methods based on individual progress, ensuring each student receives targeted support where needed. I set achievable homework tasks to reinforce learning between lessons and provide detailed feedback to encourage improvement. I also track progress over time, helping students and parents clearly see development and identify areas for further focus. My ultimate goal is to inspire long-term motivation and a genuine interest in languages beyond the classroom and lifelong language learning habits.
