Rudra Patel

Hi! I’m Rudra, a friendly and enthusiastic tutor currently studying A-Level Mathematics, Physics and Economics, with predicted AAA grades and an offer from the University of Warwick.

I offer lessons in 11+ Arithmetic, GCSE Mathematics, GCSE Physics and Key Stage 3 Science. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and now finishing A-Levels, I understand the pressures students face and can explain topics in a way that is easy to understand and relatable.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and typically last one hour. I use a combination of clear explanations, worked examples, worksheet-based practice and exam-style questions to build confidence and strengthen understanding. I believe students make the best progress when they enjoy learning, so I always aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

I have previous tutoring experience through Step Up Tutors at the London Tamil Centre, where I worked with students aged 7–15 in both group and individual settings. This helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to adapt my teaching style to different ages and abilities.

Academically, I achieved a Grade 9 in Physics and Grade 8s in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and History, as well as receiving my school’s GCSE Attainment Awards in Mathematics and Physics. My aim is to help every student improve their confidence, achieve their academic goals and develop a genuine enjoyment for learning.
