I have experience in delivering 1:1 online coaching through conversations, powerful questions and giving support and mentorship. I can help people explore themselves through self-awareness and discovery, or I can help them to challenge negative beliefs that affect their confidence in in their personal, professional and academic lives.

I also have experience of facilitating online and in-person training, webinars and workshops, delivered through presentations and including reflective/interactive exercises.
