Known as the "go-to" person for coaching and consulting among peers, family, and during my university years, I naturally gravitate toward helping others unlock their potential. I bring this mindset into my profession as a Head of Department, where I approach leadership through a coaching lens & excel in growing my team members to future leaders (supporting technicians in becoming engineers and mentoring engineers into confident, capable managers). In addition to consulting board members on strategic aspects & change management.

I’m deeply invested in continuous learning & self-education, regularly reading books and listening to podcasts on business, leadership, coaching, consulting, communication, and personal development.
