I use what I've learned from my own journey like switching courses, managing uncertainty, and using that time well - to guide ours. It will just be honest talk, active listening, and practical tools and steps to help you feel more in control. Think of it as your weekly check-in with someone who gets it. Each session starts with where you are, no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. We’ll talk openly, and I’ll help you untangle thoughts, spot patterns, and see your situation with fresh eyes. I use simple tools like reflection prompts, and using your interests and goals as a way to build your future career or find out what course is best for you. But there is nothing rigid, it’s all about what works for you. If you’re unsure about your course, career path, or just feeling overwhelmed, we’ll explore your values, interests, and strengths to find clarity.
