My teaching style blends Vinyasa, Power, and Hatha yoga with influences from my dance background, bringing a playful and creative approach to the practice. I enjoy encouraging students to explore movement, find their own rhythm, and feel comfortable experimenting on the mat.
Whether you are a complete beginner or already have a regular practice, my lessons are adapted to your needs, helping you progress at your own pace in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
