My lessons and training are tailored to each individual student and are developed to fit the needs of the course and the question(s). I enjoy writing out narratives, creating power point presentations, and, when needed or requested, working through Skype to discuss issues live.
I was the director of Testing and Tutoring Services at a small college in Kansas USA where I developed programs to increase student success in traditionally challenging classes. I have a degree in Psychology, I have two courses left for a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I have taken graduate hours in counseling, development, history, statistics, and business. I am easy to talk to, willing to explain things in multiple ways, and love to help others succeed in classes.
I also am willing to edit papers, brainstorm ideas, and assist in developing organizational training programs.
