For personalized lessons and group lessons, I would initially pick a topic of the day such as chess basics. Then, I would instruct individuals on subtopics in chess basics, including piece movement, piece values, check, castling, checkmate, tactics, piece captures, draws, and turns. For every subtopic, I would use different situations to help children in internalizing each topic. Afterwards, I would summarize the topics. Then, I would address questions made by the individuals. Lastly, I would have them work on any problem which connected to our lesson for the day.
