Ritvik Rao

I am currently studying Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London. I achieved an A* in maths and further maths at A-level and a 9 at GCSE. Throughout my time at secondary school, I have gained a lot of experience tutoring students of many levels at different stages. I regularly participated in tutoring younger year groups and peers in my year who were all successful. I was also given the responsibility to teach GCSE further maths to a group of students who were enthusiastic to learn when the school could not offer it themselves.

I have always enjoyed helping other people grow and understand concepts in mathematics and I take pride in their successes. Having tutored whilst being a student myself has meant that I can understand how to tailor make lessons or change my methods if concepts are difficult or can't be understood well. Therefore, the way that I teach adapts to the requirements of the person I am teaching and overall I have found this to be successful.
