I am able to provide tutoring between the ages of 11-18 (Secondary to A-Level) for both Geography and Chemistry. Lessons are typically an hour but can be adapted to the students needs. I can also provide help and advice for coursework and exam revision.

The lessons will be tailored around the needs and goals of the students. A focus is placed on understanding content as this is especially critical in preparation for exams. As as well as covering curriculum material, I am able to mark and go through exam questions. Revision techniques and strategies can also be discussed and created as finding the revision styles that work for you can be very effective in improving exam outcomes as well as overall enjoyment of the subject.

Online lessons will utilise real-time shared documents to allow me and my students to work on the same resource together, as well as the student being able to download the document for future-use and reference.

At the end of each session, I provide students with feedback on their progress, identifying areas of strength as well as key areas of further focus. Lessons aim to not only enhance grades but to also boost confidence and create an environment where learning is fun and interactive.

I have 4+ years of tutoring experience and have an MSc and BA(Hons) in Geography. I also achieved A* in both Geography and Chemistry A-Level and completed a 6 week TOELF placement. I am passionate about bringing out the best in every student to help achieve their goals as well as enjoying the subject along they way.
