Looking for a tutor who can make languages feel easier, more enjoyable and achievable?

I’m an experienced MFL teacher with 17 years of teaching experience in schools, supporting students of a wide range of abilities and helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed. I have an in-depth understanding of the GCSE and A Level specifications, so my lessons are carefully designed around what students actually need to know and do in their exams.

Every student is different, which is why I tailor every lesson to the individual. Whether you need to build your foundations, tackle areas you find difficult, stretch yourself towards the top grades or simply become more confident using the language, I’ll adapt my teaching to suit you.

My lessons are pacey, engaging and varied, with a strong focus on practical activities and plenty of opportunities to practise. We’ll work on the skills that make the biggest difference — from vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation to speaking, listening, reading and writing — while developing effective exam techniques along the way.

Most importantly, I want students to feel successful. My aim is not simply to teach you more content, but to help you understand it, use it confidently and walk into your exams believing in what you can achieve.

I also offer support for MFL teachers looking to develop their subject knowledge and classroom practice.
