I am a registered adult nurse whose passion is to help others. I am late diagnosed autistic and ADHD. I genuinely want to provide poeple with the information about neurodivergence and relate that to real life. With structured support and understanding people can thrive and feel confident in themselves.

I provide one to one neuro affirming online coaching sessions. Giving people a safe space to be themselves. Support with real life issue's. Giving insight into brain types and finding structures that work for them as an individual. Sessions are lead by clients and we can work together to understand themselves better.
