I am a CIMSPA registered Yoga and Qiqong practitioner with over 10 years experience.
I currently teach therapeutic yoga for people who suffer from fatigue, stress, anxiety, fibromyalgia, menopause symptoms and many other problems. I use props, bolsters and belts to make my students feel comfortable. Each session is tailored to the needs of the student, there is no competition to get it right or perfect! the goal is to connect and embrace your body and breath and allow it to heal.
The first session is a usually a consultation so I can understand you and your needs. From there on I can tailor a class just for you.
I also teach and coach wellbeing to community groups in person and online. I use Qiqong, acupressure and shiatsu techniques to help people to connect to their body to balance the energy system. The practice is holistic, healing the body at the emotional and mental levels. I usually end with a mindfulness session incorporating affirmations and positive downloads.
