Raheema Amer

Hi, I'm Raheema, a third-year medical student at the University of Birmingham. I achieved A*A*A in Biology, Maths and Chemistry. As someone, who knows the ups and downs of being a student, I am always here to support you with your studies as well as how to manage your time effectively, and even admissions help. I teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths, as well as A-Level Biology.

As an individual with a strong academic foundation and a passion to learn, I am excited to share this with fellow students to help them excel.

I focus on firstly building a strong understanding of the topic taught first, then use exam questions and active recall techniques to consolidate the newly formed knowledge. I believe active recall and application of knowledge on exam questions is crucial to be able to perform well in exams, and ultimately achieve your personal goals.
