Pumlani Sibanda

I am a qualified teacher with 17 years experience. I have worked in top schools and achieved top results over the years. Out of my years of experience, l worked 8 years as head of department before being promoted into Vice Principal position, where l have served for 4years now. My duties were to formulate modules and exams, marking and moderation. I was also responsible for all academic, discipline and human resources issues in the school.

Most often than not, l would also interact with other stakeholders assisting them telephonically and face to face. I can safely say, l am just comfortable with any kind of people. I am goal driven and very time conscious. Since l was also responsible for human resources, l would conduct skills training and workshops to improve the staff compliment at my school.

Use of technology and modern ways of teaching is my focal point in all my lessons and presentations.
