The lesson will be basically for law and business oriented students who are desirous of having an indepth knowledge of
Business and commercial law.
The lesson will adopt English language as a means of communication. Practical examples will be adopted to explain the principles of common law and equity to explain and demonstrate the intendment of the law.
Case law shall be cited and analyse to know how the contract and business law principles are interpreted.
Students shall be given both class and homework to test the level of their understanding and graps of the lecture.
Also, the class will entertain questions from the students with a view to further elucidate on the lecture Grey areas to the satisfaction of the students.
It should be noted that the course is not peculiar to law students, those who are offering Business Administration and Bankers are also inclusive.
Apart from the aforementioned, the students shall be tested on the course and their results be forwarded to each privately. This will let them know whether or not they are moving forward in terms of knowledge they seek to acquired theoretically and practically.
In summary the aim and objectives of the lecture would be:
1. To know the sources of commercial law;
2. To identify the principle of law guiding commercial transaction between the natural and artificial persons,Natural and Natural persons, and Artificial and Artificial persons;

To cite various case law on the topic lectured to appreciate the application of law to day to day transactions.
