My coaching sessions are calm, supportive, and focused on helping you feel less overwhelmed and more in control.

We usually start with a simple check-in to understand how things have been going for you, what’s been working, what’s been stressful, and where you feel stuck. From there, we focus on one or two key areas at a time, whether that’s managing your time better, staying consistent with studying, or dealing with pressure and self-doubt.

I don’t believe in giving you too many strategies at once. Instead, I help you break things down into simple, practical steps that you can actually follow. We work together to create routines and systems that fit your life, so it doesn’t feel forced or overwhelming.

Each session is a mix of talking things through, learning simple techniques, and applying them in a way that makes sense for you. Before we end, we set a few small, realistic goals to help you stay on track during the week.

My background as a medical doctor means I bring a thoughtful and structured approach, but also patience and understanding. You won’t be judged or pressured, the focus is on progress, not perfection to help you become your best self.

Having gone through burnout, I understand how easy it is to feel overwhelmed, and I aim to support you in a way that feels manageable and kind.

Over time, my goal is to help you feel more confident, more organised, and better able to manage both your studies and your wellbeing.
