I offer two structured class formats:
Beginner – A gentle introduction focusing on foundational postures, breathing awareness, and alignment.
Intermediate – For those with a regular practice, this class includes deeper postures, mindful transitions, and strength-building sequences.
Each session is 50 minutes of guided asanas followed by a 10-minute Pranayama (breathwork) practice to centre the mind and body.
No equipment is required except a yoga mat. Instructions and modifications are tailored to the level of each class, so please register accordingly.
Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to create a supportive and consistent space for you to reconnect with your breath, body, and inner calm — from the comfort of your home.
