Fitness is about challenging the body to adapt so that you can overcome challenges you previously struggled with. This will only happen if you put in the work. I will use my knowledge and experience to help and guide you along the way, but this is a partnership, I help you to help yourself. I encourage questions on how or why I do what I do.
