My training methods are heavily influenced by my lifelong experience as a player and the advanced techniques I’ve picked up at various pro player bootcamps. I focus on developing strong fundamentals things like shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, and defensive positioning because I believe mastering the basics is key to becoming a great player. I also incorporate a lot of skill-specific drills and high-intensity training routines that challenge players physically and mentally, similar to what I experienced in the pro camps. These drills are designed to improve agility, reaction time, and decision-making under pressure. Beyond physical skills, I emphasize the importance of basketball IQ helping players understand the game’s strategy and develop better court awareness. I encourage my players to think critically about their movements and decisions during practice so they can transfer those skills into game situations. Since I’m still growing as a coach, I stay open to new training approaches and constantly look for ways to adapt my methods to fit the unique needs and strengths of each player. My goal is to create a positive, challenging environment where players feel motivated to improve every day.
