Paula Guras

Hello! I’m a Psychology graduate from the University of Bath and will be starting a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop effective study skills, and reach their academic goals.

I offer Psychology tutoring for GCSE, A-level, and undergraduate students, tailoring every lesson to each student’s needs and learning style. Whether you need help understanding difficult theories, improving essay writing, preparing for exams, or learning research methods and statistics, I provide clear explanations and a supportive learning environment.

Alongside my academic background, I have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools and specialist settings, supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs. This has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.

My lessons are interactive and structured, using practice questions, exam techniques, and regular feedback to help students make steady progress. I aim to make Psychology interesting, enjoyable, and less overwhelming, while helping students achieve the best grades they can.
