We start by understanding what’s going on for you, where you are at in the current moment. This could be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lacking confidence, or unsure of your direction. Many people already have the ability to move forward, but feel blocked by overthinking, stress, or self-doubt.
From there, we work step by step to create clarity and direction. This might involve breaking down what’s been holding you back, identifying patterns in your thinking, and building simple, practical ways to move forward with more confidence and focus.
I use a combination of open conversation, guided questions, and practical mindset techniques (including elements of NLP) to help you see things more clearly and feel more in control. Sessions are always adapted to you, there’s no fixed script or one-size-fits-all approach.
A typical session will include:
+ Talking through what’s currently challenging you
+ Gaining clarity on what’s actually going on beneath the surface
+ Identifying one or two clear next steps you can take
+ Building confidence in your ability to move forward
